We provide these services to guarantee the management, maintenance and optimised operation of your installations. Our mission revolves around the following areas:
- Preventive maintenance: planning maintenance operations, technical rounds and meter readings.
- Corrective maintenance: rapidly restoring the functioning of faulty equipment.
Depending on the type of system and transmission, our technician can perform a remote diagnosis that in many cases enables the problem to be solved at a distance. Our technical service is available during office hours.
Technical duty service is available 24/7 and our technicians can intervene in case of problems requiring immediate action.
Throughout the duration of the contract, depending on the subscription type defined in the special conditions, technical maintenance, repairs and restoration of equipment following normal technical defects in the security device are dealt with by Safe Home.
Safe Home will replace defective parts of the security equipment (excluding batteries and batteries) free of charge during the warranty period, which is at least 24 months from the installation date.
