How does it work?

Efficiency

The Protectas mobile response team arrives at the scene and can open the Master Lock padlock or key safe using their smartphone, via a dedicated app interconnected with the Master Lock® Vault Enterprise app. This access is only made active in case of an alarm (generated by an intrusion or video solution from Protectas) or scheduled services (agent patrols).

Time saving

This means that it is no longer necessary to deposit a key in our branches and have it collected by security guards. This represents a significant time saving that allows you to enhance your own security!

Security

Access rights are transferred via Bluetooth between the agent’s smartphone and the Master Lock products. Time-limited opening of the Master Lock device. A usage history is available at all times via the Master Lock® Vault Enterprise app.
