INFORMATION for our customers about coronavirus (COVID-19)

During this time of heightened uncertainty caused by coronavirus (COVID-19), our top priority is to continue giving our customers peace of mind. We are taking strict measures to limit the exposure of our employees and customers in order to keep them healthy and safe.

Protecting your business and your home

Safe Home is there for you, even in times of crisis. We have a geographically dispersed team ready to respond 24/7 and work in collaboration with our parent company, Protectas. Should you need on-site service, our teams are ready. All our security advisors and technicians follow the best hygiene practices, both at our customers’ premises as our own. Our team will arrive at your business or your home prepared with latex gloves, masks and disinfectant. You can also contact us prior to the visit for any questions or concerns related to our COVID-19 measures.

Protecting our team

If you, a member of your household or an employee of your company show signs of illness, such as fever or flu-like symptoms, we ask that you postpone any visit from a Safe Home technician or adviser by contacting us directly on 0848 848 555.

It’s easy to reschedule an appointment, with the following options:

  • Chat with us on safehome.ch: look for the chat icon in the lower right corner of the screen.
  • Chat with us via email: info@safehome.ch
  • Talk to one of our staff: call 0848 848 555

If you’re unable to reschedule your appointment before the technician or adviser arrives, we ask that you notify them before they enter your home. We empower our staff to make decisions about their personal health and safety, including ending an appointment if, for example, someone displays flu symptoms.

Of course, we also ask all our employees to rigorously observe the fundamental principles set out by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health:

  • Wash your hands thoroughly.
  • Cough and sneeze into a tissue or the crook of your elbow.
  • Keep your distance.
  • Wear a mask if you can’t keep your distance.
  • Clean frequently touched surfaces and objects, including tools

Thank you for being part of the Safe Home family!
